Yesterday was day 2 of my fitness journey 2.0. I completed about a 30 min walk with my dogs and a 30 min upper body workout. I had some soreness from my thighs from the day before. The soreness started in the afternoon and continued throughout the day only getting worst as the day progressed. Soreness is a part of the beginning progress as my body is not used to the strength workouts.
Diet wise for day 2 included, my usually start with the daily vitamin and banana, 2 waffles for breakfast, an yogurt and a piece of cheese for my stack, leftover pork and rice for lunch, sausage pizza for dinner, and a orange popsicle for dessert.
Overall my second day on this fitness journey was successfully. I am still feeling pretty motivated with this beginning week. I have noticed that blogging this down is helping explain and make me remember the steps I have taken the day before. in order to get myself feeling more confident with my appearance. I will continue on this journal today with Day 3. Today will include the following workout Power Yoga with Barra Butt + Abs. More progress to come tomorrow.
