Yesterday was the start of my workout journey 2.0. I completed about a 30 min walk with my dogs and the 30 min lower body workout that I have stumbled though about 60% if that youtube video was followed.
Diet wise which is always my struggle since I’m a food lover. I started with my daily vitamin and banana, 2 waffles for breakfast, an apple for a stack, leftover pasta for lunch, pork and rice for dinner, and a grape popsicle for dessert. As I start to review my diet thinking I will need to add more fruits and veggies into my diet.
Overall my first day back to action for this journey was a success. Will continue on this starting with Day 2 today. More progress to come tomorrow.
