THE BEGINNING

Thoughout the craziness of this year I have been trying to start a workout routine since I am now working remotely. I wanted to create this blog in order to track my progress and hopefully keep up my motivation. In the past I have always been able to keep up with workout journey for about a few weeks until the motivation is gone.

Today I will start this journey again there will be some ups and downs but with a positive outlook I hope to have this be a new lifestyle change.
